When you are visiting Ven, do not miss all the food and drink products that are produced here, served in many of the island’s fine restaurants. Thanks to Ven´s weather-wise favourable position, it has the northernmost crops of durum wheat in Europe. Durum becomes delicious pastries, so-called venpasta and more. Canola oil and ice cream are other products that are produced locally on the island. Ven also has a whiskey distillery that offer tours & whiskey tasting.
